Speak to a vet online, from the comfort of your home

Video and telephone consultations still available!

If it’s not possible for you to attend the practice but you need some advice or your pet is unwell, we can offer you a video consultation. We would always prefer to see you face to face, but understand this is not always possible in the current circumstances.

How does it work?

The process is very simple, just follow these steps.

Step 1: Phone us and advise the receptionist that you’d like to arrange a video consultation.

Step 2: The receptionist will take some information from you and explain how the consultation will work. They’ll then arrange your video consultation over the phone (which includes taking payment).

Step 3: Your video consultation will take place at the arranged date and time. Your vet will advise you of the next steps you need to take.
